Circulation(s) 2026 is now open for submissions! This dynamic festival invites photographers with European nationality or residency to take part in a major platform dedicated to emerging talents.
Every year, the festival energizes the Parisian art scene through powerful exhibitions and events at Centquatre-Paris and beyond. With a 15-year history of discovering fresh voices in photography, Circulation(s) continues to celebrate diversity, experimentation, and new visual languages.
Photographers of all ages and backgrounds can apply—no academic or professional requirements stand in the way. The selection focuses on artistic vision, conceptual strength, and visual impact. All styles and formats are welcome, including hybrid works that incorporate video, sound, or installation.
Around 15 selected artists will present their work at the 16th edition of the festival, running from 21 March to 17 May 2026 in Paris. After that, the exhibition will travel across France and Europe.
Application Period:
- Early bird (June 6 – June 30, 2025): Free
- Standard (July 1 – July 15, 2025): €20
