This summer, London will host Animal Family, an exhibition of new paintings by American artist Joe Bradley. Presented at 24 Grafton Street, the show marks Bradley’s return to the city under the banner of David Zwirner gallery.
Known for his evolution from abstraction toward a more figurative style, Bradley’s latest body of work continues to explore the interplay between recognizable forms and expressive brushwork. Bold lines, textured surfaces, and animal-like shapes dominate his compositions, inviting viewers to find balance between chaos and clarity.
This marks his second show with the gallery following his 2024 New York debut with Vom Abend. Looking ahead, a major ten-year retrospective of his work is scheduled to open at Kunsthalle Krems in Austria in late 2025.
