The International Poster and Short Film Competition on the European Year of Digital Citizenship 2025 is organized under the auspices of the Council of Europe. The competition offers a unique platform for artists, designers, and filmmakers to creatively reflect on the challenges and opportunities of living in the digital age. With a focus on issues such as disinformation, digital literacy, online harassment, digital etiquette, hate speech, respect, privacy, and digital safety, the event seeks to foster awareness, responsibility, and meaningful dialogue across generations.

Coordinator:
The competition is coordinated by Dr. Resul Ay, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Dumlupınar University in Kütahya, Turkey (DPU GSF). With his expertise and experience, Dr. Ay plays a pivotal role in guiding and shaping this international initiative.

Jury:
A distinguished international jury of renowned artists, illustrators, designers, and filmmakers will evaluate the submissions. Their diverse backgrounds and unique perspectives will ensure a fair and inspiring selection process that highlights creativity, innovation, and social impact.

Agim Sulaj is an internationally renowned Albanian artist known for his surreal, satirical, and hyperrealistic illustrations that explore environmental and social issues. Living in Italy, his works have been widely exhibited across Europe, including Paris and London.

Gökhan Kuzucanlı is a filmmaker and academic with a doctorate in cinema. He has served as a jury member in several international film festivals and produced multiple short films. He currently teaches cinema at Dumlupınar University in Turkey.
