Graphic Stories NGO proudly invites designers, artists, and students to take part in the International Poster Contest “Poetry Speaks Loud – A Poster for a Poet.”
This global art and design competition celebrates the meeting point of poetry, visual communication, and creative storytelling.
Although poetry lives in words, design gives it a new voice. Participants are encouraged to design a poster inspired by a poet or a poem of their choice. Through image, color, and typography, poetry moves beyond the page and enters public space.
While poetry connects emotions and language, graphic design transforms feelings into visual experiences. As a result, art becomes a bridge between cultures, languages, and creative disciplines. This contest aims to promote cultural heritage through visual art and modern design.
The exhibition of the 50 selected posters and the 4 winning works will be presented in two cities in Cyprus in 2026. These exhibitions will take place as part of the 12th ConFest Graphic Stories – Shaping Stories, Growing Futures.
The total prize value is €3,000, including awards and gifts.
Submission Period: 10 November 2025 – 28 February 2026
Who Can Apply: Professionals, university students, and high school learners in fine arts or applied arts
