MAGBER Gallery (Barcelona) and ABYSS Artspace (Valencia) invite artists to submit works created using traditional printmaking techniques for a two-city international exhibition. This is a unique opportunity to exhibit in Barcelona and Valencia, connect with new audiences, and celebrate the powerful language of printmaking.
Exhibition Details:
The exhibition runs from November 2025 through February 2026. It opens at ABYSS Artspace in Valencia and then travels to MAGBER Gallery in Barcelona. Each gallery will host an opening event and promote the show through their networks and platforms.
Accepted Techniques:
This open call focuses on fine art printmaking. Artists can submit original works created using techniques such as:
– Lithography
– Etching
– Linocut
– Woodcut
– Screen printing
– Monoprint
– Collagraph
– Other traditional or experimental printmaking methods
Digital prints, giclée reproductions, or poster designs are not eligible.
Eligibility and Requirements:
– Open to artists aged 18 and above
– Paper size must not exceed 30 × 40 cm
– Submission is free of charge
– Each artist may submit up to 3 works
Sales and Commission:
Artists retain 60% of the sale price. The galleries will manage sales, payments, and shipping of sold artworks. Artists are responsible for collecting or paying for the return of any unsold works after the exhibition.
